Complaints Procedure

Timecell will respond to any customer complaint within 24 hours from the receipt of such a complaint.

Delivery

Timecell has a policy of dispatch on day of receipt of the order. In exceptional circumstances where the selected item is out of stock and may take longer than 48 hours to dispatch we will advise you immediately by e-mail and take your further instructions.
