Important Notice on security of Credit Card Processing

 It is important to note that for both customer security and the verification of a transaction that the following information is provided at the checkout.

  • The actual cardholder's address including the house number and postcode.
  • The delivery address if different from the cardholders address.
  • In addition to the main card number the card three digit security code to be found on the back of the credit or debit card or on the face of American Express cards.

We regret that we are unlikely to process transactions where the above information is either inaccurate or omitted.

Security from 'Globecharge'. We do not download customer's card details on to our system. Once 'Globecharge' has allowed us to take a payment data, the customers card details are automatically deleted. If later additions need to be made to a customer's order, card details must be supplied again.  Card details provided on the telephone are not retained nor are they entered on our system, such data is entered directly into a secure bank terminal.  Customers can also use PayPal to make their payment, this can be selected at our payment gateway.

Orders to be sent to an address other than the cardholder's address may be declined at our discretion.  If you have a specific reason for the use of an alternative delivery address it would be helpful if you telephone your order rather than ordering on-line. Telephone orders to 01895 672537.


Cooling Off Period - The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Timecell customers can cancel their order within 7 days. The 7 day period is deemed to start the day after the customer has received the goods. No reason need be given by the customer for such a cancellation. Timecell will credit the customer credit card account or refund payment made by cheque or postal order within thirty days from the date the customer notifies Timecell of cancellation. Such credit/refund will include the original carriage charge. Such cancellation notification can be made by email, fax or post. Goods should be returned carriage/postage paid. A cost deduction may be made from the said refund if Timecell has to arrange collection outside of the 7 day period outlined above.
